The thought behind the piece Fuck ICE is a calling to abolish immigrant suppression caused by the federal forces of America. ICE (International Customer Enforcement) is the US Enforcement agency, that deals with the border crime and illegal immigration. ICE manages and controls who can and cannot come to the US, including workers, tourists, and students. Before reversing the rule, ICE put international students under a threat of enabling their visa statuses: “Nonimmigrant F-1 and M-1 students attending schools operating entirely online may not take a full online course load and remain in the United States.”(www.ice.gov). ICE s that the education of many students would have been disturbed, causing the loss of qualified candidates and decrease in American economy. Thankfully to the public protests and petitions, this issue was dismissed, nethertheless it spotlighted the governmental structure flaw, that is yet to be resolved.
